  • Design and Build

    Our project process is designed to be transparent and straight forward, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. 


    It typically involves the following steps:

    • Initial Consultation: We start with a free consultation to discuss your needs, ideas, and budget.
    • Design & Planning: Based on the initial discussion, we develop a detailed plan and design. For projects requiring planning permission, we take care of the whole process with detailed drawings. You will work closly with our in house design team throughout the process. The team we work with have a great eye for detail and know the local planning rules very well.
    • Quotation: We provide a detailed, itemised quote outlining the scope of work, timelines, payment schedule and costs. 
    • Project Commencement: Once the quote is approved, we schedule the work to begin at a time that's convenient for you.
    • Completion & Handover: We ensure the project is completed to the highest standards and conduct a final walk-through to ensure your satisfaction.

  • Do you handle obtaining planning permission?

    Yes, we can assist with the entire process of obtaining planning permission for your project. 


    Our in house design team has extensive experience navigating the planning regulations in the different boroughs across London. We will prepare all the necessary drawings and documents, and submit the application on your behalf.

  • How long will my project take to complete?

    The duration of your project depends on its scope and complexity. 


    For example, a loft conversion can take anywhere from 6 to 8 weeks, an extension around 12-14 weeks, while a full house renovation might take several months. 


    We alwasy provide a detailed timeline with our quotation and keep you informed of progress throughout the project with weekly onsite meetings to ensure there are no surprises.
