We're Tom and Milen. We met in South West London over ten years ago, each working in residential construction — Tom on the tools, Milen managing projects and client relationships.

We kept running into the same problem: homeowners getting vague quotes, watching budgets creep, and dealing with builders who disappeared mid-job. Good tradespeople, often — but no one holding it all together.

So we set up Bluebird Spaces to do it differently. We work exclusively in SW London — Clapham, Wandsworth, Battersea, Putney, Fulham, and Richmond — on the kind of Victorian and Edwardian homes we know inside out.

Every project gets one team, one point of contact, and a fixed price before we lift a finger. We coordinate design, planning, and build — so you don't have to manage four different contractors and hope they talk to each other.

We're FMB accredited, fully insured, and every quote is itemised so you know exactly what you're paying for and why.
